Well... where do I start.... Typical bite and pull business.... I would not do business with this company again.
Booked with Brooke on Monday and she quoted me 662 dollars, in writing. I accepted and for 2 days there was silence... nobody called me and nobody answered the phone. The third day I got a phone call with a quote almost doubling the original quote ($1050) and a statement that thats all there is out there, and I would be wise to accept it.
Perhaps that's true; but why offer quote so low and assure me in phone conversation that it is sufficient and that Auto Guard stands 100 % by the service and price, since you can't keep it. Not cool at all.... read below for yourself, as taken from company e mail to me....
"Remember, when shopping around always get your quote in writing and check out the company’s rating with Transport Reviews and the Better Business Bureau. We will match or beat any price, provided it actually gets your vehicle shipped. A lot of companies will offer you a lower price to entice you to do business with them. Usually this will result in a phone call when it’s time to ship your vehicle asking for more money or even worse...you just don't get shipped! We will accurately quote your vehicle the first time with no change in price when it comes time to ship. We stand by our price AND SERVICE 100%."

Really, Auto Guard? Really ?
No, you Dont! Not in my case!

We are very sorry about your experience but, we do not have a Brooke with our company. You must have the wrong company.
