After moving, I was in need of transporting my car across the country from California to New York. I requested a quote from Auto Elite Transport and was promptly contacted by Marjorie and Pedro with a quote that was right up my alley. Since this was my first experience with getting my car transported, I felt a little nervous and overwhelmed by the whole process. Marjorie put all that to ease by talking me through what to expect and how everything worked. She let me know they could have it loaded up on a truck within the next 3 days. A couple days after our initial communication, she said there was a truck in close proximity to where my car was located and said they could have it loaded up and be on it's way by the end of the day. She e-mailed me the driver's information (truck number and insurance, as well as phone number, etc.) and said it would be in my possession within 7-10 days after getting on the truck. 8 days later, my car was delivered and I paid the driver the amount due and had my car! Besides it getting a bit dirty inside and out (understandable as they had to move the car to different trucks and it was on an open carrier) It was in the same condition it was when I left it. The whole process was painless and if I had to do it again, I would definitely go back to Marjorie at Auto Elite. I would also highly recommend them to my friends and family.
