My truck finally came home from the fabricator. He dragged his feet for a long long time. He would tell me it's done and then no. Marjorie booked the truck twice only for me to cancel because the fabricator was not ready. Time passes and it was time to bring her home. The problem was the fabricator got another job in another state. Pick up would only be available Saturdays. Marjorie got it booked but the truck couldn't pick it up because it was inoperable. Marjorie didn't tell them that and I failed to mention to her that it was still inoperable. She figured it's in the shop ready to drive after two years ... I was upset and decided to go with someone else. This was all my fault because I failed to mention it was inoperable. She figured two years in the shop,he's going to get it running. That wasn't the case and decided to go with someone else. I let her know and she was polite and felt sorry about the situation. Long story short I hadn't heard from the other broker and Marjorie calls me,your truck is booked for Saturday pick up. That is what I call coming through in the clutch! It was hero status in my book! My truck made it home safe no damage excellent driver. I can't say enough good things about Marjorie. She does not give up! Very very happy with this heros service!
