My wife and I were under a lot of pressure and time constraints planning our move cross-country from Florida to California. We had no previous experience shipping a vehicle. When we contacted the company, we found the staff to be very informative and empathetic to our situation. They were able to walk us through the process step by step and provide a competitive price. There was always someone available to discuss our concerns and answer any questions we had. There was good communication between the company and driver. We were able to coordinate the details with the actual driver picking up the vehicle. The car was picked up exactly on time and it only took 4 days to deliver the vehicle.

The company provided good customer service and competitive pricing. The company's agent and other staff were informative, professional and lived up to our expectations.
