David Pein of Auto Central Direct was the first to contact us after our initial research into auto transporters. After a major run around by another company, we contacted David Pein with Auto Central Direct. He was great about communicating with us and answered his phone and returned messages right away. As we live in a rural area, it took a little longer to find a driver, but after we offered to drive the car to Sacramento, he was able to find a driver right away.
The driver was professional, on time, obviously knew what he was doing and great about communicating by phone with us The car arrived safely to Florida from California in just 5 days.We were nervous about sending a car out to our daughter without us there to receive it on the other end but all went well and I would deifnitely recommend Auto Central Direct and we will use them again if we should ever need to transport a vehicle across counry.
