We want to thank Freddie Vassaur for his input in this matter. He makes
some good points but is LEAVING OUT SOME KEY FACTS. When Freddie contacted us, he clearly stated that this was a mustang lx, I had a driver to him by the next day so at that point we did charged his card, the driver called
us at that point to tell us it WAS NOT a Mustang LX, and it was a MUSTANG
MACH ONE which is a BIGGER vehicle, and did not fit on his carrier, so at
this point the card was charged because we had it dispatched at what
Freddie told us the make and model of the car was, that was Freddie's
fault not ours, so after the driver drove 500 miles out of his way to pick
up a different car Freddie stated it was he was forced to leave empty
handed, minus the fuel and time he spent to pick up. So we put him back on
the board and ANOTHER carrier called and said he would pick up the MUSTANG MACH ONE but he wanted additonal money, keep in mind the 1st carrier was doing it at what he was quoted for what Freddie said was MUSTAND LX NOT A MUSTANG MACH ONE, so yes the second carrier wanted more money. Against better judgement we moved forward with Freddie, which proved hurtful for all parties involved. We take full responsibility for any stress or heartache caused in this matter. We as a company will learn and grow from this and have faith that this review will show all of our reviews are legitimate, uncompensated and done out of kindness. We wish Freddie the best moving forward and hope he can find peace in this process.
