The experience with AUTO CENTRAL DIRECT was outstanding!!!!! They took a bad experience and totally turn it around for me, I was called by dozens of companies after requesting a quote on line, all wanted such high prices and they gave me a week or longer before they could deliver the car..... First available space, I have never had a car carried before, some companies wanted me to paid up front, other companies wanted me to paid - pay-pal, some of them demanding I use them....... Then bye the grace of God, a guy name Craig called me from Auto Central Direct, so pleasant, softly spoken: started to explained to me "how" all this would take place and how this works, just by the knowledge he provide to me - as I knew nothing about this industry or less of how it worked and what it would cost- he gave me a cost that fit by budget. (everyone else wanted from $800.00 to a $1000.00 to do this) - which was totally out of my reach. Craig explained to me, that if I went with his company that it would take a couple of days to set up a driver before they could pick up the car, well I decide to go with Auto Central Direct, I called him back and told him I would like him to pick up the car.....He took no monies down - -(not like the other companies out there who wanted deposits or everything paid in full first before they would even consider picking up the car), The honesty in his voice, told me that they were the right company to deal with, plus he gave me the lowest price..... which in today's economy every dime counts, as we all know. This company did not stop there, from the time I contracted them to pick up the car, Craig associate "Jordan" contacted me to give me up dates of when the car would be pick up and when it would be delivered right down to the minute!!!! The bad experience that I had and all the concerns - (see my father passed away, and all this belonging were in his car when it broke down), they made it all disappear , they are truly the most wonderful company and people I have ever encountered. From the bottom of my heart I can not thank them enough, this company and the people that run it and work there are the most honest people in there industry. I would recommend them to anyone Craig and Jordan thank you so much for all your help and turning a bad situation into a wonderful experience, if it had not been for you and your company.... I don't know what I would of done! Your company AUTO CENTRAL DIRECT deserves five stars in my book. Thank you again.
