I regret that the the customer attempts to discredit and harm our company in any way, the customer turned in the past to the credit card company and couldn't receive refunds, the customer also contact the BBB and the same reasons declined, so the last place he tries bands us is the current site ... We regret that .... Customer breached the agreement with us and therefore not entitled to refund
