This place is unorganized and it seems as if no one knows what's going on when you call to get information. The lady who answered sounded lost and stated she just started... yet when I set up my order there was another lady.
My car hasnt been moved yet. It is still in Houston waiting to be delivered to Washington. They promised me differently and now they cannot deliver ! I beg of you not to go with this company they have no idea how a business should be ran. Spend your money wisely and go with a real car transport company. EVEN IF THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY AVAILABLE I WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THEM!
Do not give your credit card information as I was charged twice then after I was refunded I was called and told it would be $2000 additional to get the car transport and I told them I refuse to pay more after I was quoted $850
