Atlas Transportation Service is not what they promise! Here is why: We were planning to move to Florida, and got a quote from Atlas and a contracted with them to take our cars by a certain day. We gave them a deposit of $400 dollars, got our house pack, and air tickets. The day of the cars pickup they did not deliver their service. Never show up at all. We called them and instead of helping us to find a solution for what we contracted them, they mention it was a mistake, and make a lot of excuses. The promised to all call back to fix it, ask us for an opportunity to make things they right way, and they never did. We had to call back multiple times, and they did not respond to any of our requests. No supervisor was willing to help and find a solution for us. They did not understand our needs and the initial deal we made. Instead, we ask for returning our deposited breaking the deal, because they did not deliver the day we needed the cars, and even worse… they say NO! So literally they took from us $400 dollars without servicing us.
Wolfgan and Ashely did not deliver as well their service, so they should be reported for bad customer service lying to us.
