Nick at Atlas Car Transport saved us from a huge fiasco with another company, Transport Services, Inc. We had initially booked with Transport Services, Inc., and after days of unreturned phone calls and messages when the car was not picked up on time, I started looking for a new company in a panic. My fiancee needed the car shipped immediately because she was moving from Texas to Washington on Monday morning. I found Atlas on the Better Business Bureau website and called on Saturday morning (open on a weekend!). Nick answered right away, and by Saturday afternoon we had a contract for the car to be shipped. Not only were customer service and communication excellent, but Atlas also saved us almost $300 compared to the other company. They even let my fiancee drop the car off at their office so she wouldn't have to wait around to coordinate with the truck driver to have the car picked up. The car was delivered relatively on time (only 2 days after the estimated date, and the delay was communicated to us by Atlas) and arrived in excellent shape, albeit a bit dusty from the cross-country trip.

There was only one negative to the whole experience:
I live about 2 hours north of Seattle. Nick recommended having the car shipped directly to Seattle to save money (it would cost more to ship it all the way to my home). I agreed, and I was fine with this as long as I didn't have to be in Seattle to meet the driver at the time of the drop off. Nick told me that the driver would drop off the car, and that I could pick it up at my leisure on the weekend since work would not permit me to go get it during the week. This turned out not to be the case. I got a call the day before the drop off and was told I had to meet the driver in Seattle unless I wanted to pay for storage until I could pick up the car. Luckily, I had a short day at work and was able to make it down to Seattle to meet the driver at about 4 p.m. In hindsight, if I had known I was REQUIRED to meet the driver, I probably would have paid the extra to have it shipped all the way to my home. It all worked out though, so no harm, no foul, and overall everything went pretty dang well.
