Took My $200 Deposit and Never Showed Up!

These guys are great at taking your money. That is it! I'm in the military and had to ship my vehicle at my own cost because my 7-month-old daughter has a heart condition and cannot be driven across the country. I needed the vehicle delivered by a set date. The driver never showed on the date that Wolfgang said they would pick up my vehicle although the vehicle was available to go much earlier in the week. Wolfgang said they would pick it up in Colorado on a Thursday in order to have it delivered to New Jersey by the following Tuesday. I informed him that it was imperative to have it there because I needed to have the car for work the following day. The driver did not show. I informed Wolfgang of the dilemma. Not only did he deny the date of the pickup (which was a lie that was verified by the driver himself), but also responded to my dilemma with..."We did our job by contacting a driver. Our job is done. This is not our fault." WRONG ANSWER!!! I paid you to ship my vehicle on a set date that was made BY YOU!!!. There was itinerary that I had to follow. I had a flight I needed to catch and you caused me to miss the flight due to your negligence. You failed to keep your promise to have my vehicle shipped. On top of this, Wolfgang refused to refund my $200 deposit. Now I have to absorb the cost of my unused airline tickets as well as the expenses to drive my car 1800 miles across the country. There is no way in hell that I'm walking away from this!!!!!! Now I'm filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and will make a small claims court case for my deposit, airline ticket, wasted time, and any cost that are associated with traveling to Texas to meet Atlas in court. They are messing with the wrong person. There will be retribution! If nothing else, I'll make sure this does not occur with another military service member again. That’s why the military created black lists. These people are dishonest thieves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to get ripped off!!!
