A stereotypical scam!

I received a quote and dealt with Andy. He told me that if I'd authorize the paperwork, they actually could pick up the vehicle the very next day(which he even put in writing in an email) which was the only reason why I chose them. I provided the Seller of the vehicle with that very exception. From that point on, I never could speak with Andrew again! I phoned over and over and each person repeated a canned statement about how they were working as hard as they could and it would most likely be the next day. It's been two weeks since I signed with them and I've not received my vehicle. Andy never returns calls and when I attempted to cancel, they told me that they'd refund only half of my deposit. I told them that I'd just read some very unflattering info on them posted on the web buit they don't care. When I ask for a supervisor, I get a run around and then, Ben hesitates but gives his name and claims he's the supervisor. They are a BS scam! Don't bother. I'm sure that some moves go okay but I've shipped many vehicles with other companies and never had such unacceptable service! They lied about the pick up and then when you try to speak to the salesperson, he's nowhere to be found So cliche!
