before actually singing contract I ws assured that car would be picked up as needed, no comment of 1-4 day window ever mentioned. Contract date was 4/29/08. car was suppose to be picked up on 5/16 or 5/17 to arrive in Boston within 7-10 days.On 4/16 I was told no driver but if I paid more they would get a driver. I agreed to pay a little more, again no driver : On 5/19 was told again no driver but if I would pay more they would get a driver. I got a new company. Patricia East would not take calls or return calls. I called about 5 times a day on the 15th, 16th, as did my daughter. I am a senior citizen and feel this company has offered the worst service imaginable, not only did they not honor contract price, or dates, they kept trying to get me to pay more than the contract was signed for.
