We couldn't schedule our Corvette to be picked up, due having it worked on, before transporting. We got our car back Thursday and contacted Joe Gallo on Friday around 10am , about it being transported to Michigan from North Carolina ASAP. He said, he would work really hard on getting us a pickup very soon, reminding us that this was March and we are having a lot of weather issues! Boy did he shock us, two hours later that same day, we recieve a call from a driver Joe had found, whom informed us he was traveling our way (I40)and pullling a 7 vehicle trailer and had a spot for our car. We met the driver at a nearby truck stop (Flying J in NC) where he was refueling his truck. This very kind and knowledgable man, whom reassured us that he'd been doing this for 20+ years, would take good care of our car. He was at the drop off destination in Michigan on Monday morning just like he said he would be and handed our vehicle over to a our friend. This interaction and transport was started and completed within 3 days. All I can say is good things about Assurance Auto Transport and Joe Gallo, because of them, we didn't have to pay for a rental car for a couple of weeks while waiting for our vehicle to make it to it's destination.
