Before I made a decision which carrier to go with I researched my options. If you have had a vehicle transported before you know that there is a process to it. Most carriers are brokers and buy the transport from one of the few auto-carrier trucking companies out there. In other words the brokers can not promise you a specific pick up date as they do not control the trucks. Joe Gallo from Assurance Auto was easy to deal with, always answered his phone and e-mails. He explained the whole process to me before we agreed to do business and he did not as many of the other carriers I had talked to "warn me" about or badmouth the other brokers out there. All the information received from Joe through this process was reliable and correct. I can absolutely recommend calling Joe before you make a decision which broker to give your business.
