Our car broke down in the mountains of Colorado during our return to Illinois from a family vacation in California. It was devastating and extremely challenging experience for our family of four. The experience of finding an auto transport company to have our car shipped home was something unlike any other and not particularly enjoyable. If my family or anyone I know should find themselves in this unfortunate predicament I would immediately point them to Joe Gallo at Assurance Auto Transport. He was very professional and timely and gave us, by far, the cheapest quote. The driver he provided was extremely kind and courteous, and most of all, timely. The entire ordeal was so hard for our family and could have been monumentally worse without the good service and reasonable cost of Assurance Auto. As an aside, the driver who picked up our car, Mr. Herzog, of Indiana Transport was so kind and gracious. All in all a very good experience in the midst of such a difficult situation.
