I had never shipped an automobile before and after putting my job on line I was barraged by both emails and phone calls. Most agents seemed to know their business but Mr. Gallo seemed to have an edge on the others. He told it to me straight and got the job done in the time frame I needed. The car was delivered undamaged, the transport truck clean in excellent mechanical condition, the driver was very efficient and professional. I only had to walk one block from my house to get delivery of the car. It couldn't have come off any slicker.
