Shawn was my primary contact through the whole process. He is a genuine, honest and real professional. He was always very thorough with providing the details of the shipment process. I was simply amazed by Shawn's courteous follow-up with each step. I never once had to call him as he was always very proactive with providing the information that I needed to know. I also want to extend extra kudos to the truck driver as he was very courteous and friendly. I felt completely confident that he would safely deliver my daughter's car to Portland, OR from Plano, TX. When I explained to him that we needed to figure out a way to get the car to my daughter on a specific day and time, he said it would be no problem. He delivered the car to my daughter at the Portland airport so that she would have it to drive to her new apartment. That's customer service you won't find anywhere else. If you have to ship a car, no matter how expensive or inexpensive a vehicle it might be, you only need to call Shawn at Aryan. Thumbs up! Thanks Shawn!
