Mr. Mitchell assured me the vehicle would be picked up within 5 days of contract for $650.00, $150.00 deposit by credit card and balance due to driver. AFTER credit card charge, communications became impossible. I had to contact the credit card company to contest/cancel the charges. I tried MANY times to contact these people by both e-mail and multiple phone calls. I found the non 1-800 line to be out of service and all calls to the 1-800 line's messages were totally ignored.
