When I first called Around the Globe, I was explained all the transport moves by Morgan. He did tell me after the initial reservation I would be handled by the dispacth dept. I was a little worried that dept wouldnt come through like he had but my worries were put to rest when Lynda assisted me. I didnt even know the Global Tracking team could do what they did. Within 5 minutes, I knew wherre my Cadillac was. I am now shipping a second car with Kathy and she is great too. I am hoping for another positive experience. Thank you ladies!
