Worked hard given a tough schedule

I had never shipped a vehicle before so this was my first time working with this type of industry. I know normally a transport requires a reservation a few weeks in advance, but I was on a tight schedule. I worked with them first on Friday afternoon, August 21 and I needed a pickup within 2 days, as I needed the car to be in Massachusetts before noon on Monday.

Given this tough requirements, the representative I dealt with, Morgan, went out of his way to try and arrange something for me. I needed to be absolutely certain that I would a have a pickup over the weekend or before the sun rose Monday morning so that I could be in Massachusetts before noon. I charged a $150 deposit Friday afternoon, with the stipulation that unless I could get confirmation from the driver on that day, Friday, that my requested schedule would be met that I expected a full refund.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond Morgan's control, I needed to cancel this reservation. I called and spoke to Morgan Saturday afternoon at 12:30 to cancel, and he is currently working with me for a full refund. Morgan did all he could to try and get me a driver, but I simply couldn't contact them in time to get confirmation. I understand it was a tough assignment, but I thank Globe and Morgan for working with me for a refund.

I will post a follow up to confirm this went through, but I would definitely use them again as they worked very hard to try and meet a tough schedule.
