Company stands behind their commitment to excellence to the customer. Truck was a little late being picked up but I was not in a rush so that wasn't a problem. Maybe the fact that it was in Topeka, KS had a little something to do with it. I was charged a little more than quoted but much of that was due to the drivers specific pricing. Overall I was satisfied with their performance and customer service.
