The service that I received was very poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My vehicle was picked up on June 10, 2014 by TG Express Inc. The driver was pulled over by the Illinois state police and arrested because one of the vehicles had drugs in it. Ariston Auto Transport called me Thursday June 12th to let me know what happened. Another driver called me to pick up my vehicle on June 12th before Ariston Auto Transport called and told me the situation. I told the driver my car was picked up on June 10th and I should have my car shortly. The driver left the car since I told him my vehicle was already picked up. On Friday June 13th I get a call from TG Express Inc. letting me know that he still has my vehicle and he is waiting on Ariston Auto Transport to send someone to pick up my vehicle. On Monday June 16th I called Ariston Auto Transport to find out what was the status on someone picking up my vehicle. They told me a drive will be out to pick up my car between 5pm and 6pm. No drive showed up. I called again on Tuesday June 17th no driver. I called again Wednesday June 18th and they told me they was still trying to find a driver, so I asked for my $95 back. They told me they did their job they found me a driver and that it was not their fault the drive was pulled over. They called TG Express Inc. to pick up my car and it's neither one of our faults the drive got pulled over. I paid Ariston Auto Transport for a service that I didn't receive and they should reimburse me my money. I had to pay another carrier $775 to ship my vehicle. I asked to speck with a manager at Ariston Auto Transport and he was really nasty over the phone and told me that he was not going to reimburse me my $95. Ariston Auto Transport is unethical and not loyal to their customers.
