This review is the farthest thing from the truth! We were given a rush job and had the truck dispatched in an hour. Unfortunately the customer was provided an address that was 180 miles away and that carrier was NOT in position. After the customer figured things out, we got Royalty Trucking LLC - and driver Devin to pickup and deliver the vehicle within a day once the customer finally paid the fees. Truck number one was dispatched to find NO vehicle on location.
