They did what the said they would do, in the time that they said they would do it and they did it well. We were contacted regularly with updates on the progress of the rig by the driver. We spoke with several other brokers who promised us next day follow-up and they did NOT. I received a follow-up call from one of the companies that promised next day contact the same day my daughter picked up the car at school in CA. The broker is a professional and very candidly said in one of the first conversations with her something like, I will deliver because I want referrals and repeat business. Tachiana is our go to broker. A very satisfied customer in suburban NY.
