I had contracted my delivery through Franks. The original company contracted could not fit the truck on the transport. Franks had told me they might not get another company for 7 days, I was a little set back. Then, less than 20 minutes later, Franks called to tell me Antique was contracted to pick the truck up that afternoon.
Antique was prompt and communicative. She called me 2 hours prior to pick up and she made the same call on the drop off. The truck arrived clean and without any damages. So, in sum, the service was exactly as expected for the amount quoted. She was even supportive of my son "helping out with the unloading", which he thoroughly enjoyed.
I buy most of my vehicles from a long distance. I will definately be using this service again.
