This was my first time using a transport and after looking at all the reviews at this site, I went with angels based on reviews from other customers. The transport company (BJ's auto transport) they brokered was everything I expected and they definately live up to their reputation. There were bank issues that delayed the pickup time. The contractor (jennifer) and driver(Cliff, BJ's auto transport) were patient and worked with me and the seller. I was kept up to date with arrival times, one of which would have been early, but it all worked out as planned in the end. The driver was courteous and very professional going over all the details on the condition of the car. It was picked up and delivered with no damage. A very good brokerage company for setting up moves.
