This customer has written a review with her version, however we have a completely different one.
This was the 3rd time Sofia contacted us for shipping a car, we had already shipped two prior. She placed an order with us. Our carrier went and picked up the car. The credit card she had on file was expired and I called her to get a new card number. At that time she told me she was no longer going to ship the car but going to drive it. I then told her the car had already been picked up by the carrier.
She tries to say she didn't place the order, however, the only way we have any names, address and phone numbers for customers is when they are provided to us. Sofia knew exactly what she was doing, she was hoping to get the car delivered to her prior to us calling her regarding the expired card and was shocked that our carrier called her and told her they would not deliver the car until she paid us our broker fee. We were so grateful for the honesty of this carrier, they kept us from being ripped off.
Nice try Sofia, you tried to ship your car without paying us our fee! Car was delivered in perfect condition!!!
