I will take great pleasure in responding to this review. Our entire staff knew from day one that this gentlemen was not only going to be difficult, but also revengeful if things did not go "PERFECTLY" for him. Mr. Islam recieved his car 19 days after pickup, in perfect condition. Yes the carrier was delayed by 6 days, welcome to the trucking industry. We communicated with this man daily, trust me, he called us every stinking day. Have you ever had a fly stuck in your car while you are driving, you role down the windows and it won't get out, this gentleman was more irritating than a fly. I have no respect for someone who was as rude, hurtful, and disprespectful to my employess as he was, he even made one of my gals cry. Sorry your car was 6 days late, maybe if you start being nice to people than nice things will happen to you!!
