Dena went out of her way to find a reputable carrier that was close to the pickup location in order to cut down on time delays. My Mercedes E500 was picked up just one day after I finalized my order. Anytime I wanted to call and check up on the transport progress, Dena would say, "hang on...lets get your driver on the phone so you can talk to him." The driver did experience a one day delay over his expected delivery date, yet it was still on-time from the original estimate. The delay was not his fault either.
This was my first experience with transporting a vehicle, so I was a bit worried with so many poor services out there. Angels made the experience pleasant and worry-free for me. Thanks for taking care of my new ride!
