Car was delivered late. Neither driver nor Angel's called to let me know. They told me delivery was scheduled for Monday and I waited around most of day unmtil I finally called in exasperation. Why didn't they tell me it wouldn't come day of delivery? Why do I have to follow up on them? Waste of a day and had to rent a car because they did not keep me informed.
