Angels Moving Autos

Angel brokered my move with a company called White Arrow.
I had my car shipped in the open across the country, from San Francisco to Buffalo.
The people on the phone were quite nice, and from reading the reviews I knew that you have write things down to deal with the later. The problem really came in when I was picking up the car. When I took the car, I got in and could tell immediately that there was serious alignment and wheel issues. The car looked ok from the outside, but I couldn't get under the car. I told the driver, let's write down that there is something wrong, but he refused since there were no scratches on the outside. I said, what can we do, lets figure this out before you go. He said, I'm going now I am busy, and there is nothing wrong with your car, we are not responsible for alignment. I didn't really have anything to say, since yes if that was the problem they are not responsible.
Once in the shop, I was informed that the bottom of the car was scrapped and one of the rods damaged. The mechanic is sure that it came from shipping as the mark is deepest in the middle, which wouldn't happen from road damage, and was right on the underside of the car, but not around other places.
Anyway, long story short, I suppose this is a loophole area, since if the bottom of your car is damaged with no outside damage there is no way you can tell except at a later time when it is far too late. I should have been more careful with my baby and put it in a closed container. What was I THINKING, cute little convertible with 14K miles on it and I leave it out like that. So end of the day, if it's just your normal car, go ahead, but if it's a nice car, pack it in a box.
