Terrible Experience

They first quoted me 1400 for the move via the instant online quote. Because the price was acceptable, I went ahead and bought the car in Ohio and went ahead with processing the order for the move.

Once I accepted their quote and placed all my cc information and prcessed the order, I get a call from them saying that the price is now 1800. Then, when I called them back and told them that the increase in price is unacceptable, they said they'd look for another carrier that day, and they'd call me back. I wait two days, but hear nothing back from them, so I call and leave a message. Nothing. I call the next day again, but no cal back. Then, today, I randomly get an email from them saying that my order has been cancelled. I wasted over a week trying to deal with this shady company. I'm shocked by their poor customer service!

When you receive an online quote it states to contact us once you receive it so that we can go over the quote and make sure that it is correct because prices change so rapidly. We did locate the customer a carrier and the driver did request a higher price but we cannot control over what the driver is requesting. We contacted the customer several times with no response from him regarding the driver so we cancelled the order. During the summer there is so much freight and not enough drivers. The drivers will pick and choose what they want to move and they sometimes request more money to move a car.
