Mitch Golden contracted our office to ship his vehicle on March 5th. We had a carrier assigned to pick up his vehicle on the 25th which was the day he requested for shipment. Mitch then cancelled this truck and asked that we pick up the car on March 28th. Our carrier was not able to pick up until the 30th. When Mitch placed his order we told him cross country routes take an average of 7-12 days for delivery. Mr. Goldens vehicle was delivered 14 days after pickup, the driver was delayed by snow in Utah. Mr. Golden called our office daily, he kept demanding we refund his money because his carrier was going to be late due to the delay. Our office does not issue refunds on cars that have been shipped properly. Mr. Golden continued to call and threaten staff members with the BBB and this review site. I refused to be blackmailed by him and did not refund his money. His car was delivered in the same condidtion it was picked up, and we literally talked to him every day on the phone keep him updated. Some people cannot be pleased.
