We had never transported an auto before. I chose 'Angels Moving Autos' after reading reviews about all the 5-star rated auto transport companies on your website. I chose them specifically because their prices seemed more reasonable, and they were located in my home state. AMA was friendly, easy to work with, prompt, and I appreciated their follow-up throughout the process.

The carrier they brokered with was Safe Way Auto Transport, and our assigned driver was John. Our car stayed with John the entire trip. John showed up 2 days early to get the car, which was a surprise, but we had several hours notice, as he kept in contact with us that day by phone to advise where he was, and how long until he reached us. It worked out perfectly for us. He was knowledgeable, professional, and we felt he was very honest and friendly. When the car was delivered, John mentioned there had been a truck above it, and transmission fluid had leaked from the truck onto our car. He said normally they are not responsible for cleaning it off our car (which we had known already from the contract we signed), but he went ahead and cleaned the outside for us. So our car arrived clean, and had no damage. Shortly after our car was delivered, Angels Moving Autos phoned to confirm delivery, and that the car was delivered in good condition.

I would highly recommend both the broker, Angels Moving Autos, and Safe Way Auto Transport. Iif I ever need to move a car again, I would use them both again!
