There is definitely something different about this company. I had called around to a couple transport companies to get quotes and they all left me with an uneasy feeling whether it was being overly pushy about trying to get me to commit or being overly unresponsive. The team and Angels was responsive and transparent from the first conversation and they were not pushy in any way. They gave me a good price and patiently answered all of my questions and promptly returned all of my calls. Once I signed a contract with them, they proactively checked in with me to update me on the status of my move, put me in direct contact with the carrier who would pick up my vehicles, and made sure I was satisfied. It appears that they only deal with certain carriers who operate in a manner that they find acceptable. For the pickup, the driver was pretty flexible and agreed to the specific date I requested then coordinated with me to adjust the time to something mutually more convenient, which ended up being my hotel the morning of my departure. I ended up not needing to rent a vehicle because I just took the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. On delivery, the vehicles arrived in New York in good condition with no damage 5 days after they were picked up in California. I would definitely recommend working with Angels.
