I expected the car to arrive a few days later than originally promised, and it did. It seemed like a loose kind of agreement. The first quote I was given told me the car would arrive in CA the day I did. In reality, I had to get a rental car for five days. That was okay though, it wasn't too long, and the service was expedited in the first place. The man who transported my car always returned my calls, and had good communication with me. I would use this company again.
