First off, to anyone who reads this: $800 was the price for my truck that does not run. If it could run, it would have been $650. These guys have great prices.

Secondly, I apologize to Angels Moving Autos for not remembering the names of the people I spoke with, otherwise I would mention their names and say how well they treated me as a customer.

So, a little history first. A while back, I tried to move with another company who made no effort in contacting me nor did they keep me updated with the process. It was going to cost almost $900 but the agent said he "couldn't be sure as prices fluctuate all the time". It wasn't until after I did not receive my truck and did not hear from them, that I looked online and found out they were no longer in business. I lost my $150 down payment. Naturally, they put a bad taste in my mouth for auto shippers.

Fortunately, I googled "auto shippers" and found AMA on this Transport Reviews website and saw a lot of good reviews. Sure enough, the majority of them were right.

The ladies I spoke to were extremely friendly and more than helpful. They made sure to email me AND call me more than was necessary which was comforting. It was supposed to be 650 total when it was thought that my truck was running. However, it was unfortunately not in running condition (as the truck has engine problems that were worse than I previously thought) which added on an extra 150 for them to find a shipper who had a wench. But once they did, it took him about a day to pick up my truck after I got off the phone with AMA, and only around 5 days after that to get here (Connecticut) from Texas.

Needless to say, I am impressed and more than pleased with their service (they called the day before it arrived to inform me that the auto shipper would be arriving and called the day after to follow up with me to make sure everything went ok). And 800 is a great deal for how far of a trip it was, how quick it arrived, and how well I was treated. Most quotes I received were around 900+.

Not only that, the driver personally helped me push my car to where I needed it to be parked. Which was not an easy task and was definitely something he didn't have to do.
