I had organized a moving company for our move to TN. They had booked a 3rd party company (Montway) to take care of our car transport. For 3 weeks before our scheduled pickup date we had been calling the company to get an update on what time our cars would be picked up. Every time we called Montway, their answer was, “we are still organizing a carrier and will get back to you” This happened up until the day of the scheduled move and that morning we we still getting the same answer. Montway had still not been able to organize a carrier and needed more time. We had a flight to catch that day and after three weeks for them to plan, we were getting desperate and had in out of time. I suggested to the moving company (Eko Movers) that I was going to use my own means to find transport instead. I called Dina at Angels Moving Autos and she asked if she could have about 20 mins to make some calls. Within 20 mins she had called me back and organized with Eko Movers to have our cars picked up that day and shipped to the destintikn in Franklin within 5 days. We had excellent communication during the whole process with text updates at every key point throughout the journey. Angels did such an incredible job with their organizing that the manager from Eko movers mentioned that after the situation Montway left them in, he would not be using them in the future and would be just using Angels Moving Autos.
Both our cars turned up in time and were transported well. Will certainly be calling them again off I have another car to move.
