The move went well with the one exception that the pickup was a day late at 11:00PM and nearly missed the window. However, the driver was reachable by phone to keep me informed of status and did come through in the end. Pickup and dropoff were smooth. Car arrived in promised time window(7-10 days) safely and in good condition. Angels called to confirm the pickup and dropoff window and called with status during transit, as promised. Angels representatives were pleasant, helpful and were easily reachable by phone (during the weekdays). I dealt mostly with Jennifer at Angels. We didn't have any problems with the carrier but I believe that Angels would have been responsive if I did. I've used car shippers several times and understand that there are a lot of uncertainties in this business. Communication is key to keeping everything together. All things considered, the move went well and I would use Angels again.
