After the initial call was made by the dealer, I was contacted within 5 minutes. The company immediatly made contact with the carrier and arranged for them to go to the dealer on the same day. I was contacted and promised my car delivery no later than the next morning. they delivered and followed up accordingly. It was an excellent transaction, and very simple.
