I contacted Mrs. Watson after reading the review she posted. As the owner, I am always concerned about the customers when they feel they have been mislead, or mistreated. I tried to reach a solution but was unable to. We always experience delays during the holiday season, and explain this to all our customers. Iowa is a much less traveled state in the auto transport industry, meaning drivers are fewer and further between. We knew this would take at least two to get the vehicle picked up. Once the carrier made Mrs. Watson aware of the delay she was not willing to wait and cancelled her order. We are very to proud of the customer service we provide and know that with each we do everything possible to make our customers feel they are receiving the best service possible. Unfortunately we cannot please everyone.
