Angels Auto was not actually my first choice. I initially went with Cosmos just because it was a cheap quote that my company had provided me. Because I had already moved to CA and my parents were in MN and had the car, I needed a company that was going to be able to communicate with all of us. I hadn't heard from Cosmos after several return phone calls and when I finally DID get a hold of them, the "customer service representative" was rude and unhelpful to put it mildly. That's when I chose to cancel with Cosmos, I found this website (where I saw how Cosmos is rude to their clients) and chose Angels based on the reviews and ratings.
I called Angels and the rep was incredibly well-spoken, knowledgable, and capable. She arranged to have my car picked up in a matter of days, had the driver communicate with my parents regarding the pick up, and kept me in the loop through the entire process. The driver ended up getting lost when trying to find the rendezvous point but that wasn't a big deal.
They did a great job and would use them again without hesitation.
