My Mom was moving from Chico, CA to the Houston area. We needed to get her car to SE Houston. I had called a few places and gotten quotes ranging from $1,050-$1,300. My Mom found Angels Moving Autos with good online ratings. After talking with Dina initially and then Miranda to confirm the dates etc. we were pretty confident we had selected a good company to move Mom's car. Our situation was that I was the contact person for my Mom and a family member had the car for pick-up. All three of us received information through text or e-mail regarding the status of car pick-up and drop off dates. We were given estimates of dates and then as time got closer a more exact time frame was given. Because we called several weeks ahead we were given a quote, and then told we would receive a set quote based on current gas prices a week before actual pick up. Although we were given a week window for pick up, which we were OK with, the car was picked up in Chico on the first available date, Saturday. Since we had no one to drive the car to Sacramento, their HUB for transport, we paid $150 to get the car transported there. The car was on open transport from Sacramento to Houston. We paid $750 for delivery to Houston and $250 for Angels Moving Cars fee. The total was $1,150, the set price quoted us on August 19. We received the car 5 days later on Thursday by a nice young man and paid him his fee of $750 in cash. He arrived an hour late but informed us that he was delayed at a car dealership by phone. The car arrived in the same condition except for being dirty and some water spots from a recent rain. Since the car was transported over 2,000 miles this can be expected.

We had no problems and everything went as expected. Everyone was nice on the phone and answered all my questions. I would recommend Angels Moving Autos. Angels offered me a $25 gift card to write this review. That prompted me not to procrastinate on a review I would have wanted to write anyway. Good service is noteworthy.
