I now have a "peace of mind" about auto transport brokers.
In the beginning, to be honest, I was very suspect about using a broker to move my daughter's car from Texas to Virgina. My daughter was is medical school in New Orleans until the Katrina flood close the school down. She immediately transferred to Virgina and request me to have her car sent to her. I use the internet to get quotes from several brokers and movers. After I reveiwed all with the Better Business Bureau, I decided to use Angel Movers in California. They assign a mover who immediately contact me and setup a time for pickup and delivery.
Well, he cancel twice and did not show up. I contacted Angel Movers and they immediately went in overtime to find another carrier. I was beginning to get a little annoyed until Angels call be within hours of the first carrier cancelling on me and found a new carrier who was at my door a day later. They continue to call me and the carrier to make the transition as smooth as possible. They followed up every step of the was to ensure me that the transport would be as promise.
Angels made a believer out of me. They made good of there promises in a professional manner. I now have a "peace of mind" and know who to choose for any future transports. I DO RECOMMEND ANGELS FOR WORKING OVERTIME AND DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE THE CLIENT HAPPY !!!
