This is the second time I have used this broker. Both times they have provided prompt exact quotes and arranged for transport in a very short period of time after I accepted their quote. The first time, the carrier transported my car across country in only three days! Delivery was late at night in icy weather and at an inconvenient spot, but apart from that, the experience was perfect.

This most recent experience was a bit trying. Angels, again, provided excellent service. A prompt, precise quote and rapid connection with a carrier. Angels was also very diligent about keeping in touch with me by phone and checking on the progress of the move. The carrier this time was a bit difficult in that he did not stay in touch or keep me informed of significant delays he was encountering. Overall, the trip did not take longer than I was told I could expect. However, when one is told that a pickupor delivery will occur at some point on a given day, it would be nice to receive a phone call telling you that the pickup will occur one or two days later instead of just wasting a day waiting for a phone call and not being able to leave the house or run errands. The car was dirty but not damaged on arrival. That's nothing to be upset about. It did reek of cigarette smoke and that really pissed me off. But a few days of airing out should remedy that. I don't know that I'd want to use that particular carrier again. However, the price was reasonable and the car was delivered undamaged. All in all you could do a lot worse.

I have nothing but high praise for Angels and would highly recommend them to anyone.
