Awful - had to go elsewhere.

They were awful.

I scheduled the pickup over a month in advance as to avoid the hassle while I moved to Texas. They initially mischeduled my car to be picked up and delivered before I would be in Texas to receive the vehicle.

A week before the last available pickup day, I called to check in and was told everything was fine and that I should expect a call 24-48 hours before pickup and unfortunately that is how the shipping business works.

I called again 2 days before my last available pick up day and was told everything was "ok." I asked when I should check back in and was told whenever I wanted. They said they never have problems placing cars on shippers because they "pay so well."

I called the next day - a day before my last available pick up day - and was told I would "need a miracle" and they asked me what my "backup plan" was. I was told I could pay an additional $150 to store the car at their facility, which I would have to arrange pickup from after dropping my car off, until they could find a truck.

The morning I was set to leave I had to get another shipping company to get my car picked up. After all those calls, and their failure to ever pick up my car I didn't even get an apology... instead they just said "no guarantees in the shipping business."

Apparently there is one, a $50 cancellation fee even though they never showed.

I wanted someone who would transport my car with no hassle, and they insisted that they were the most reputable firm out there - and instead I got a terrible experience. I cannot stress how frustrating my experience with Angels Transport was.

Would never recommend them. 0 Stars.

Mr. Donahue Somewhere in your 0 star review you forgot to mention we did assign a carrier to pickup your vehicle on July 25th. However, you told us that was one day too early. At that time we once again informed you that the CA-TX route was extremely backed up and that it would be a foolish decision on your part to deny the carrier we had lined up for you. When you placed your order, I personally told you that the route was backed up and we were seeing cars take as long as 10-14 days to get shipped out of California, then when we did assign a carrier, you wanted it picked up the following day, leaving us with no choice but to use the next available carrier. You were refunded your money, and according to our contract we did not have to refund it because we did assign a carrier for you. Your review is your opinion, unfortunately for us you did not state all the facts.
