First Time Auto Moving Experience

Overall, I was not impressed with my auto moving experience. In fact I would rather sell our cars and purchase new ones at my final destination. I understand the auto moving industry is wrought with time delays but there has to be a better way to transport cars in a less anxious/problematic way.

Here's my experience after transporting two cars.

Car #1: Was scheduled for pick up on a weekday afternoon and then the driver showed up the following morning. The car was delivered two days later at 11:00PM. Take home message: you are at the mercy of the driver to pick up and return your car.

Car #2: Tenatively scheduled for pick up on 7/30 but actually picked up on 8/1. Had to beg and plead driver (SK Trucking-Anthony) to pick up car before 2PM because we were leaving for the airport. Had to drive the car 1 mile from our home and then walk back b/c driver wouldn't come to our location (even though our first car was shipped from our driveway). Car was delivered two days later and had to beg driver to at least drop the car 10 miles from the destination (our first car was dropped off at our house).

The staff at Angels Moving Auto's was professional and timely with responding to my calls/inquiries but the drivers are challenging to work with. As a healthcare provider, I could never get away with providing the service I received.
