I made the right choice with Angels

I needed my Maxima transported from Northern VA to Houston Texas. Angels was not the cheapest quote, but they were competetive, and after reading other reviews I figured they offered the best chance to deliver my car on time and in good shape.

I called Angels on Tuesday July 15th for a detailed quote. On Wednesday morning, I called and placed my order making my vehicle available for pickup as early as Friday July 18th. My car was assigned to a carrier later Wednesday afternoon, and both Angels and the carrier called me to confirm my car would be picked up on Monday July 21st. I was advised the trip would take approximately 5 days.

On Monday (July 21st) afternoon, the carrie, Mark of Jam Down Imports-Export Freight arrived at my home in VA. He was extremely courteous and professional. Mark also took great care and caution when loading my car on the carrier. I told him I would arrive in Houston on Wednesday afternoon and he advised me to call him when I arrived for delivery information. When I landed on Wednesday I called Mark, and he advised my car would be delivered early Thursday morning. My car was delivered Thursday morning in the same condition as it was when it was picked up. Great work Mark!!!

I also have to take my hat off to Angels. I never had to call them once. They emailed me and called to confirm the scheduled pickup. They called me to confirm my satisfaction with the pickup, and called again to confirm that I was satisfied with the delivery. The are a top notch organization, and I would definitely use their services again. Great work guys!!!
